The scheme will provide 140 affordable units as part of a wider brownfield regeneration
Watkin Jones has signed a deal to build to 295 new homes on behalf of housing association Torus in St Helens, Merseyside.
In addition to homes for sale, the scheme will include 140 affordable homes, with 111 for shared ownership, 20 for social rent and 24 offered as rent-to-buy homes. The home will be two, three and fourb0edroom family dwellings in addition to mews-style apartments.
