Vivid acquires 371 homes from L&Q
Fast-growing Hampshire-based provider acquires stock from housing association giant L&Q
Hampshire-based housing association Vivid has acquired 371 homes from L&Q.
The fast-growing provider, which is now in the top five biggest developing housing associations in the UK, has completed a deal to buy the homes from L&Q. The deal also includes seven non-domestic properties.
The sale of a further 30 properties from L&Q to Vivid is also expected to complete shortly.
