Vistry forward sells 256 homes to MTVH

Latest deal is part of 1,500-home development in Wokingham, Berkshire

Vistry Group has signed a deal with Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) to forward sell 256 homes as part of a 1,500-home development in Berkshire.

The housebuilder, which previously bought a parcel of land at Finchwood Park from developer Cala Homes, has now forward sold the homes to be built to MTVH.
