Earl Sibley will depart housebuilder after nine years, as post removed to give chief executive Greg Fitzgerald ‘closer proximity’ to the business in wake of build cost problems
Vistry’s chief operating officer will leave the company on 31 December as his role is being axed as part of the firm’s response to underestimated build costs.
Earl Sibley, who has worked for Vistry since 2015, has also stepped down as a director of the £4bn-turnover housebuilder with immediate effect.
