3,800-home provider seeking to regain compliance with governance and viability standard
East End Homes has drafted in experienced executive Yvonne Arrowsmith in a bid to turn itself around and regain regulatory compliance.
The housing association, which manages 3,800 homes in Tower Hamlets, currently holds a non-complaint ‘G3’ governance grading.
Arrowsmith recently served as interim chief executive at Rochdale Boroughwide Housing in the aftermath of the furore over the death of toddler Awaab Ishak in one of its properties following exposure to mould. She has also held senior positions at a string of providers including One Housing Group, East Thames and Family Mosaic.
