Surrey council secures registered provider status after winding down housing company
Elmbridge Borough Council becomes an RP as it seeks grant from £1.2bn Local Authority Housing Fund
A Surrey Council has become a registered provider of social housing after closing its wholly-owned housing management company.
The Regulator of Social Housing confirmed that Elmbridge Borough Council is now a registered provider.
