Regulator of Social Housing confirms 5.6% increase in fees for large housing associations

Local authorities with more than 1,000 homes will see their regulatory fees increase 13.9%

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has confirmed its regulatory fees for 2025/26.

In a letter to providers today, RSH confirmed the amount paid by private registered providers owning more than 1,000 homes will rise 5.6% for 2025/26, from £9.28 per social housing unit to £9.80.
