Homeless households are at a record high according to latest government figures

Crisis says government figures released yesterday show the number of households facing homelessness over the past year is higher than the population of Nottingham. 

Data from the ministry of housing, communities and local government reveals that homeless households are at a record high, exceeding 320,000 between 2023 and 2024 and representing an 8% increase from the previous year.
