BPF warns “immediate supply remains at risk” but there are green shoots with consents increasing

The number of build-to-rent (BTR) homes under construction in London has fallen 18% year-on-year, new figures show.

Data from the British Property Federation and Savills shows BTR homes under construction down sharply in the last quarter of 2024, compared to the same period the previous year.
