Trade body warns joined-up approach will be needed to achieve higher delivery

The Northern Ireland Executive (NIE) has pledged to start work on at least 5,850 new social homes by 2027.

The NIE yesterday published its programme for government for 2024 to 2027 in which it pointed out the social housing waiting list now stands at more than 47,000 households.
