Rob Parkes promoted at 20,000-home housing association
Yorkshire Housing has appointed Rob Parkes as its new executive director of finance.
Parkes, who is being promoted from director of finance, takes up his new role on Monday (24).
He has worked for the 20,000-home housing association in various roles for nine years, having previously worked at professional services giant PWC for a decade.
Parkes succeeds Andrew Oldale, who is retiring. Oldale worked for Yorkshire Housing for more than four years in a ca The director of finance role will be backfilled following a recruitment process.
Nick Atkin, chief executive at Yorkshire Housing, said: “Rob is a fantastic appointment. He has a deep understanding of Yorkshire Housing and the sector and will hit the ground running. I’m delighted he’ll be joining the executive team at this exciting time for us as a business.”
