Stephen King has 30 years of experience
Social landlord Thrive Homes has appointed Stephen King as executive director of finance.
King joins the firm from a four-year stint as chief financial officer at not-for-profit Shaw Trust. He spent nearly a decade prior to that at Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing.
In his new role at Thrive, King will lead a 25-strong finance department.
“I am excited to join this dedicated team and contribute my experience to furthering Thrive’s purpose, not only in financial stewardship but also providing homes that enable individuals and families to build and sustain the lives they want,” King said.

Elspeth Mackenzie, chief executive at Thrive, said: “King will be working closely with our investors and other stakeholders to support our ambitions to provide quality affordable homes.
Thrive has 5,500 rental homes across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire.
