Paul Richmond will join 6,000-home landlord on 1 April
Thrive Homes has appointed Paul Richmond as its new chief executive.
The 6,000-home provider has announced Richmond, currently the deputy chief executive of Watford Community Housing, will join the Hertfordshire-based landlord on 1 April next year.
Richmond was key part of the management team that helped WCH become the first landlord (along with Nottingham Community Housing Association) to be awarded the top ‘C1’ grade under new consumer regulations that came into effect in April.
Prior to his role as deputy CEO, Richmond was Group Director of Finance and Resources at WCH.
A qualified accountant, Richmond also worked in financial services for 15 years, including as finance director for insurer AXA UK. . He also served previously as board member of Peter Bedford Housing Association, which works with socially excluded adults in northeast London. He is also currently a Board Trustee of charity Crohn’s and Colitis UK.

Thrive manages homes across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Oxfordshire.
