Dawn Wylie leaves Weston after nine years as land director 

Taylor Wimpey has recruited a new group land director from Weston Homes.

Dawn Wylie has joined the housebuilder after more than 18 years at Weston, where she held the position of land director from 2016.

Wylie will lead Taylor Wimpey’s land acquisition strategy, working with regional teams to deliver the firm’s existing land investments and strategic pipeline projects across the UK. She will also help secure additional land investments for future development.

She said: “Having previously been responsible for the acquisition of small and large scale redevelopment schemes on both greenfield and brownfield sites, I’m looking forward to employing my many years of experience in a national role.

In 2023 Taylor Wimpey completed 10,848 homes and reported an annual revenue of £3.5bn.
