Susan Hickey, who has served as Peabody’s chief financial officer for the past decade, has announced she is to leave the housing association early next year.

Hickey joined Peabody from Hastoe Housing Group in 2009. A qualified chartered accountant, her previous roles included working on private finance initiatives at contractor Balfour Beatty.
