The 29,000-home, Warrington-based landlord, in its financial statement for the year to 31 March, reported turnover of £199.3m, up from £181.1m the previous year.
Its surplus rose from £1.3m to £4.5m.
Its turnover figure was boosted by an £18.3m rise in social housing lettings income to £165.1m, while shared ownership first tranche sale income rose slightly from £24.6m to £25.5m.
The group built 460 homes in the year which is a 22% increase on the 377 homes built in 2022/23. It also started on site on a further 325 homes.
However Your Housing Group described the year as “challenging” for construction and the group successfully negotiated with Homes England to bring its strategic partnership delivery pledge down from 2,315 homes to 1,969, while securing an extra £6.5m of funding.
