Cherry family housebuilder Stonebond has won planning permission for 89 homes which formt he first phase of Urban & Civic’s Waterbeach Barracks urban extension.

The approval means the Essex-based housebuilder will be the first on site at the 6,500-home development near Cambridge. The scheme will include 28 affordable homes, and both apartments and larger detached homes.
