Scottish housebuilder looks internally for new division leaders
Springfield has announced the appointment of two new managing directors.
The Scottish housebuilder has promoted Andrew Curran to lead its central region, covering Springfield Properties, Dawn Homes, Walker Group and Mactaggart & Mickel Homes.
Meanwhile, Kieran Graham has been appointed as managing director of Tulloch Homes.
Curran has worked for the firm for nearly ten years, most recently as regional operations director for the central region.
Graham is a former commercial director at Tulloch Homes and has extensive experience int he Highlands’ housebuilding sector, having previously worked for Stewart Milne Group in Aberdeen and Robertson Homes in Inverness, before joining Tulloch in 2020.

It comes after the firm published its year-end trading update yesterday, which revealed it had reduced its bank debt quicker than targeted on the back of land sales.
