Former Crest Nicholson boss will take over north London section of Beaconsfield-based housebuilder
Shanly Homes, the Beaconsfield-based housebuilder, has appointed former Crest Nicholson managing director Greg Ketteridge to head up its north London operation.
Ketteridge has also worked for Barratt during nearly 35 years in the sector and joins Shanly from Carey New Homes, where he was managing director.
The housebuilder said Ketteridge would oversee the firm’s sales and development strategies for new homes in London and the Home Counties.
Privately-owned Shanly Homes, which was founded 51 years ago by current chairman Michael Shanly, was working on more than 700 homes at the end of the firm’s last financial year.
In the year to 31 March 2019, the group reported pre-tax profit of £1.5m, up nearly five-fold year-on-year, on turnover of £25.4m, slightly lower than the previous year’s £27.2m.
