Mixed use planning application for north London site designed by JTP
Developer Regal London has submitted plans for a housing-led mixed use development of almost 760 homes in Wembley, north London.
The Fulton Road scheme, designed by architect JTP, is designed to deliver 759 homes, providing 35% affordable housing, as well as 30,000 sq ft of commercial space.
The site, situated to the east of Wembley stadium in an area yet to undergo extensive regeneration, will also include 40,000 sq ft of public realm improvements, designed by Bradley Murphy Design.
The development will also enhance the natural environment along the existing Wealdstone Brook, and is designed to deliver a “large” biodiversity net gain, according to Regal London.
Steve Harrington, planning director at Regal London, said he was “extremely proud” of the proposal. He said it “unlocks the full potential of this site, promising valuable employment opportunities, and new public space and housing, all the while complementing the wider regeneration of the Wembley area.”
