Housebuilder pairs up with housing association to develop site in Brentford, west London

Planners have given the go-ahead for a 420-home, £170m scheme in Brentford, west London, to be built jointly by Catalyst housing association and Redrow.

A resolution to grant planning has been given for the scheme, which will feature 50% affordable housing via a mix of shared ownership, London affordable rent and affordable rent, plus one, two and three-bedroom homes for private sale.
