Landowner and developer Canada Israel and development manager Avanton submit plans for £250m development
Plans have been submitted for a 515-home mixed use development in Wembley, north west London.
Developer and landowner Canada Israel and development manager and consultant Avanton plan to build a scheme with a gross development value of £250m on the 2.5acre Wembley point site.
The planned Stonebridge Place development will include 515 homes, of which 35% will be for affordable tenures, including 117 for affordable rent and 57 shared ownership.
The scheme, designed by architect Patel Taylor, will consist of a 32-storey tower providing 266 homes and a second stepped tower rising from 10 to 20 storeys providing 249 homes.
The development also includes commercial space, a new boxing gym, public café and a new civic square.
Plans for the development have been submitted to planning authority Brent council. The new development will sit alongside Canada Israel’s 439-home WEM Tower scheme.
