The tower will include apartments and a hotel

The plans are for a 36-storey tower which is set to provide 485 co-living units and a 171-bed hotel.

The scheme also includes eight railway arches that will be repurposed to be used as social and leisure spaces.

The professional team working on the scheme include BDP, Hydrock, Turley, BDP and Novo.

Contracts have been exchanged with Network Rail, who is the landowner, and it is hoped that work will start on site before the end of the year.

It is located on the border of Salford and Manchester, adjacent to the LaSalle build-to-rent scheme at Greengate.
