Danielle James, who has been interim since November, will be given the role on a permanent basis from Monday.
Onward Homes has announced the appointment of Danielle James as its permanent executive director of finance.
James has been doing the role on an interim basis since November following the departure of Mike Gerrard to Great Places.
James joined 35,000-home north-west based Onward Homes from Riverside in 2022, where she was head of financial accounting for almost two years. Before that she worked as head of accounting at Riverside after working at John Lennon Airport in various financial roles.
She has also served on the boards of housing associations Weaver Vale and SLH.

Onward Homes built 308 homes last year, its highest annual total to date. It is now planning to increase development to 700 homes per year and deliver 5,000 new homes by 2030.
