Mixed-use scheme to provide 36 homes and commercial space
Murphy has been awarded an £18.5m contract to build an apartment block in Camden.
Developer Steyn Group appointed the firm for the 36-home job, which includes 12 affordable homes and some commercial space.
Demolition and enabling works are already underway with the scheme slated to be completed by summer 2022.
Architects Chassay & Last and BAL Architecture designed the scheme.
The project team includes project manager Propitas, structural engineer Patrick Parsons and M&E designer Whitecode.
The north London contractor posted a £7m pre-tax profit in its latest results from a £13m loss in 2018 with turnover up 13% to £880m.
