Firm eyes target over next five years
Morgan Sindall-owned Lovell Partnerships and Together Housing Group have teamed up to form a JV called Lovell Together with a goal to build 3,000 homes across the North and Midlands in the next five years.
The firm will build mixed-tenure homes across the East Midlands, Yorkshire, Humberside, and North West England, with a significant portion to be for shared ownership or affordable rent.
Together Housing Group is one of Homes England’s strategic partners, with allocated funding of £53m to build 1,150 new homes by 2025.
The JV has already chalked up several developments with 600 new homes to be built at a number of sites in Derbyshire and East Yorkshire, while it is also due to lodge plans for the 127-home first phase of a 650-home scheme at Pendleton in Salford, which is slated to start on site in January next year.
