Scheme designed by Simpson Haugh Architects will deliver 678 flats

Leeds Council has resolved to approve plans by developer Ultra Assets Holdings for 678 build to rent homes in a series of towers of up to 31 storeys.

The Bridge Street scheme, designed by Simpson Haugh Architects, contains five towers of between 13 and 31 storeys, and follows the construction of a 190-bed hotel on the southern edge of the same site in 2019.
