Angie Harding joins Inspired Villages as it seeks to scale up activity
Inspired Villages has announced the appointment of Angie Harding as its new operations director.
Harding previously worked as services operation director at later living giant McCarthy Stone in 2021 and 2022. She also served for 16 years in management roles at non-profit retirement village developer ExtraCare Charitable Trust, helping grow the housing association’s operations from five to 21 villages.
Inspired Villages, which is co-owned by Legal & General and Natwest Pension Fund, is looking to build 5,100 homes across 34 new communities, backed by £500m of equity investment.
It currently manages eight villages, with a ninth due to open in Millfield Green, Bedfordshire, in the autumn.
