Brian Moran, the current deputy chief executive of Jigsaw, will take over as CEO of 36,000-home provider in December this year
Tameside-based housing provider, Jigsaw Homes, has announced the appointment of Brian Moran as its next chief executive.
Moran will take over from the current chief executive, Hilary Roberts, on 16 December.
Moran, who has served as deputy chief executive and company secretary at Jigsaw for the past five years, has 17 years’ experience in executive-level positions.
Prior to his role as deputy CEO, Moran held the position of director of corporate services at the former Adactus Housing Group, which later became Jigsaw Homes in 2018.
Roberts has worked for the organisation for 33 years, first with County Palatine and then Adactus which she led into the merger with New Charter to form Jigsaw Homes in 2018.
Roberts announced that she would be stepping down as CEO in late September. Roberts will leave Jigsaw on 01 March 2024 but will be on gardening leave until then and support Moran when he takes over the position in mid-December.
