Latest figures from premium market confidence and sentiment service out now
Exclusive Housing Today Boardroom data shows a greater proportion of housing associations are now meeting their development targets than in previous quarters.
The latest data from the premium boardroom service shows nearly one in four development directors on our panel (24%) reported their organisation missed their development targets in the second quarter of 2023. This is down on the 28% reported for the previous quarter and 59% in the final quarter of 2022, in the aftermath of the mini-budget.
However, most organisations reported fewer completions in Q2 than Q1 (65%) after a bumper end to the financial year.
