Long serving CEO David Bogle will pass the torch to Maxine Espley in April
Maxine Espley will become Hightown Housing Association’s new chief executive on April 1, succeeding David Bogle who is standing down after more than 30 years heading the organisation.
She will leave her current post at housing association Greensquare Accord, where she has been chief operating officer since February 2023.
Espley has previously held senior positions at Wolverhampton NHS trusts and Prime Focus Regeneration Group – a now dissolved charitable subsidiary of housing association Midland Heart.

Qadeer Kiani, chair of Hightown, said:“We are delighted to be welcoming Maxine as our new chief executive.

Hightown Housing Association manages more than 9,000 homes across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.
It has an annual turnover of £136m and aims to increase its stock to 10,000 homes by March 2027.
