Developer to build flats above Elizabeth Line’s Tottenham Court Road station
London developer Galliard has bought 92-home site over Crossrail’s Tottenham Court Road station from Transport for London for £43m.
The developer says it will build 92 “premium” apartments in two buildings on London’s Oxford Street, as well as “luxury” retail space and a Crossrail ticket hall.
The masterplan for the Tottenham Court Road West scheme was drawn up by Hawkins\Brown, and the detailed design of the scheme was carried out by Argent Design. In a statement Galliard said the scheme would be ready to occupy by 2022.
Don O’Sullivan, chief executive of Galliard Homes said the scheme ”will provide world class apartments in an unrivalled location off Oxford Street in the heart of London’s West End.”
