Galliard to build 92-home Crossrail scheme
Developer to build flats above Elizabeth Line’s Tottenham Court Road station
London developer Galliard has bought the a 100-home site over Crossrail’s Tottenham Court Road station from Transport for London for £43m.
The developer says it will build 92 “premium” apartments in two buildings, alongside “luxury” retail space and a Crossrail ticket hall.
