Housing association aiming to build 300 homes
Dolphin Living has hired Gary Preston as its new finance director.
The housing association, set up by charity the Dolphin Square Charitable Foundation, announced the appointment of Preston this week.
Preston has worked for a number of large real estate companies, including as financial controller at FTSE 250 company CLS Holdings and at London-based Real Estate Investment Trust Derwent London. He also served as director of financial operations at housebuilder Inland Homes in 2018 and 2019.
Dolphin Living, a non-profit provider set up in 2015 which owns more than 600 homes, currently has 300 new homes in planning or under development.

Preston replaces James Hedgman, who has left the organisation to move to New Zealand with his family.
