Jacqueline Cameron promoted to lead 3,500-home housing association
Scottish landlord Cunninghame Housing Association has announced the appointment of Jacqueline Cameron as its new chief executive.
The association, which manages 3,500 homes in North and East Ayrshire and Dumfries and Galloway, has promoted Cameron from the role of executive director of housing and property service.
Cameron takes over from Linda Anderson, who has served as chief executive on an interim basis since the retirement of Frank Sweeney last May after 35 years at the helm.
Cameron has held the role of executive director of housing and property services since 2022. She has led a change and improvement programme during that time.

Before then she spent 19 years in various roles at North Ayrshire Council.
Janet Strang, chair of Cunninghame, said: “The board and staff are thrilled to embark on this next chapter with Jacqueline, as we continue to fulfill our mission of being ‘more than just a landlord’ and strive to ‘make our communities better places’.”
