Housing association promotes its current counties team regional managing director
L&Q has promoted Craig Luttman to the role of deputy group director of development and sales, from his current role as regional managing director of the housing association’s counties team.
He will combine his new role with overseeing the relationship between L&Q and Trafford Housing Trust, which L&Q announced last week it was acquiring as part of its ambition to increase its activity in the north west of England.
Luttman (pictured) will continue also continue his work heading up L&Q’s operations outside London and be responsible for the L&Q estates team, effectively the group’s strategic land division
He will report directly to Fiona Fletcher-Smith, group director of development and sales at L&Q.
Luttman, who joined L&Q in 2007 as a senior land and development manager, has led the group’s expansion into areas including Warwickshire, Milton Keynes and Bedfordshire and Essex, helping to double the number of homes the group completes annually to more than 3,000 homes.
