Newly merged partnerships housebuilder working with Riverside on 275-home scheme

Countryside Partnerships has won planning permission for a 275-home scheme in Beckenham, south London, working with housing association Riverside.

The newly created partnerships housebuilder formed from the merger of Vistry and Countryside received permission from Bromley Council this week for the HTA-designed redevelopment of the Calverley Close Estate, which will include 179 affordable homes for existing residents and 96 homes to buy.
