Gemma Hardy and Adam Sharpe both promoted by partnerships housebuilder
Countryside Partnerships has announced the appointment of two regional managing directors
Gemma Hardy has been promoted to managing director of Merseyside and Cheshire West, having served as sales director since 2021.
She will be tasked with working with the neighbouring Manchester & Cheshire East region to ‘maximise opportunities’ across the north west.
Adam Sharpe has also been promoted to managing director of Countryside’s south west Midlands arm.
He joined what was originally Galliford Try Partnerships in 2018, most recently serving as Preconstruction Director.
Stephen Teagle, chief executive of Countryside Partnerships, said: “Both Gemma and Adam have been with our business for a number of years and promoting them to Managing Directorships is testament to the skills they’ve demonstrated over that period.
“They both have outstanding leadership qualities and a real passion for delivering high-quality new homes in the places they’re needed most.
“I’m looking forward to seeing both regions continue to play an important role across our wider business.”
Meanwhile another housebuilder, Dandara, has announced the appointment of Chris Higgins to the role of managing director of land and partnerships.
He has spent the last six years as land director for Dandara’s Northern Home Counties Region.
