John Carrigan, Alastair Coulson, Lynsey Sloan and Angela Wiggam join membership body as two former board members step down

The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Northern Ireland has announced the appointment of four new board members.

John Carrigan, Alastair Coulson, Lynsey Sloan and Angela Wiggam are joining the board following the stepping down of former members Kelly Andrews and Tom Potter.

Carrigan is managing director of Belfast-based Passivhaus homebuilder Fraser Millar.

Coulson is managing director at property investment and development firm Lotus Property, which operates across the UK and Ireland. He also currently holds a board role at Co-Ownership Housing NI.

Sloan is head of health, sport and care at Northern Regional College in Belfast.

Angela Wiggam is a chartered town planner and director, head of planning at built environment consultancy Turley. She has 20 years of experience in leading planning projects across various sectors, including residential and commercial.
