212-home development will be built on former NHS land
Cala Homes has received planning permission for a 212-home scheme in Surrey on the site of an old hospital.
The St Peter’s Quarter development will be built on land in Chertsey bought from Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals and Surrey and Borders Partnerships last year.
The homes will comprise one and two-bedroom flats and two to four-bedroom homes. The scheme will also feature a 116-bedroom care home.
Work is expected to start in the spring and the first homes delivered by the end of this year.
