Brick by Brick gets permission for Croydon scheme

Project for 58 homes to be built across seven small sites

Council-owned developer Brick By Brick has been given the green light for 58 homes by Croydon council.

Designed by the developer’s architecture arm Common Ground Architecture, the scheme will be built across seven plots in two existing estates on Bramley Hill, South Croydon, with half of the homes being affordable.
