Black Country Housing Group’s chief executive will retire at the end of April 2025 after 30 years in the sector.
Amanda Tomlinson has headed the 2,200-home housing association since 2013 and has held senior positions at Bromford Group and WHG.
She is currently vice chair at the City of Wolverhampton College and said she would retain several non-executive roles in the charity and education sectors while focusing on her “ever-expanding family”.
