Former Keepmoat exec Paul Devaney gets role at northern housebuilder
Northern housebuilder Avant Homes has appointed Paul Devaney to be its new commercial director.
Former Keepmoat exec Devaney will oversee the firm’s financial planning and performance as it focuses on hitting its £1bn turnover target by 2023.
Paul Devaney, said: “Avant Homes is an ambitious business with bundles of energy that offers impressive product and specification to its customers and it’s great to become a part of an organisation that desires to be different from the rest.”
Avant, formerly called Gladedale, was renamed following a post-credit crunch restructuring. It now operates from 59 sites and employs 700 staff, turning over more than £400m a year.
