Southern Grove buys site for £80m project near British Land regeneration site

Affordable housing developer Southern Grove has announced plans for an £80m mixed-use scheme in Canada Water, south-east London.

The 18-storey project, designed by architect Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands known as the Brooklyn, will contain 150 homes and 25,000sq ft of office space on a site called St Olav’s Court besides the Rotherhithe Tunnel.
