Four-year deal features 45 contractors, half of which are SMEs
Half of the 45 contractors who have been appointed to the four-year-long £800m Fusion21 framework are SMEs, the organisation has revealed.
Big names on the framework, whihc launches on 1 April, include Kier, Wates, Vinci, Osborne, Engie, Graham and Lovell.
Suppliers on the framework will deliver capital works programmes across housing, education, healthcare and other public sector projects.
These will range from refurbishment and improvement works through to construction of new buildings.
Peter Francis, operations director at Fusion21 said his organisation had created a “commercially efficient framework solution that will support the delivery of refurbishment and regeneration programmes across the public sector.
“This framework provides value for money, streamlined price models, flexible call-off process and social value outcomes.”
