Midland Heart has said it is “firmly on track” to meet its target of building 4,000 homes between April 2019 and the end March 2025.

The housing association, in a short trading update today, said it built 269 homes in the six months to 30 September. As of March last year it had built 3,198 homes, meaning it needs to complete a further 533 by the end of 2024/25 to hit its target.
