Onward Homes has announced its executive finance director Mike Gerrard is standing down at the end of the year.

Gerrard, will leave the 35,000-home Liverpool-based housing association at the end of the year to pursue an unspecified “new opportunity”.

Gerrard has been in post since October 2019, during a time when the organisation faced financial impacts such as the costs of legacy loans and regeneration of its housing stock.
