Countryside gets green light to build 217 homes in Northamptonshire

128 of the 217 new homes will be affordable and delivered in partnership with social housing provider Stonewater

Countryside Partnerships, part of the Vistry Group, has been granted final planning approval to build 217 new homes at Station Island, Wellingborough, which will increase the area’s affordable housing provision.

The Essex-based housebuilder, which merged with Vistry Partnerships in November 2022, will partner with registered provider Stonewater to deliver 128 new affordable homes. Stonewater will manage the 128 homes.
