Loss-making Inland hires industry veteran as boss in turnaround plan

Former Gleeson chief executive Jolyon Harrison has revealed plans to replicate the low-cost homes business model of NorthCountry to improve  Inland, but admits it will “take a while”

Troubled AIM-listed housebuilder and land trader Inland Homes has announced the appointment of a new chief executive officer and signalled its intention to shift the focus of its business north.

The brownfield developer has appointed Jolyon Harrison, 75, as CEO, and has agreed a £4m acquisition of NorthCountry Homes, of which Harrison is executive chair and 51% shareholder.
