Housing association giant also recruits former Orbit COO to board
L&Q has appointed the former chief executive of Co-operative Bank as its new group chair.
The £1.2bn turnover-housing association has announced that Liam Coleman will take over from former Savills chief executive Aubrey Adams, who stands down in the Autumn after nine years in the role.
Coleman is currently the chair of Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and is on the board of the Financial Conduct Authority and 34,000-home provider Vivid Housing. He has held a number of senior positions in the financial services sector including at RBS and Nationwide Building Society in addition to his role at Co-Operative Bank.
