• Why did you choose housing as a career?

I didn’t choose housing as a career but feel so lucky I found it. It is a privilege to work in a sector which provides homes for people who may not be able to afford somewhere to live and to support some of the most vulnerable in society.

• What are you most proud of in your career to date?

 Kicking off the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Futures and being the first Chair fills me with immense pride.
